Moonlighter Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Moonlighter, a business organizer app sold by Robstrackin. By using the app, you agree to them.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the app for your own business, on as many of your own devices as you like.
Please don't share, resell or redistribute the app link, files or code, or offer the app to others as your own product.

Your data and backups

Your records are stored on your own device and, if you turn on sync, in your own Google Drive. Robstrackin never receives or stores your data. See the Privacy Policy.
Because your data lives on your devices, you're responsible for keeping backups. Clearing your browser data, losing a device or deleting your Google Drive app data can permanently erase records. Use the Download backup button or Google Drive sync regularly.

Not professional advice

The app helps you organize records. Totals, tax estimates, mileage deductions and 1099 reminders are for planning only and aren't tax, legal or accounting advice. Check with a qualified tax professional before filing.

Updates and availability

We may update the app to fix problems or add features. Updates install automatically when you open the app online.
We aim to keep the app available but can't guarantee it will always be online or error-free. Once installed, it keeps working offline.
Google Drive sync depends on Google's services, which we don't control.

No warranty and limit of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Robstrackin isn't liable for lost data, lost profits or other indirect damages from using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Refunds

Refunds are handled through Etsy under the shop's posted policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
